Good spin tonight. Spent some time in E4 which made things more fun.
Warm-Up
Main Set:
3 x 10 minutes, including following:
2 minutes at E3
3 minutes at E4
2 minutes at E3
3 minutes at E4
Varied the slopes from +2, +4, +2, +4, 0 . In slope +4 we would alternate in the drops and on the bar. Big ring same gear for all of it.
rest for 5 minutes

Here we varide the slopes similar to above set but +2 was changed for +4 and +4 were changed for +6 and we did more of them. We would alternate standing up and sitting down. This was the toughest set. Big ring same gear for all of it.

This one we altered the slope more like in the first set with only two +6 and for the last 3 minutes we just went steady. Big ring same gear for all of it.
