Warmed up by running up to return a movie and back down to the bluffs. Did the curling club hill 6 times at a fairly steady pace. It was pretty busy down there today as the weather is so nice. Cheered on some other people who were working hard on the hill. In this kind of weather I crave my moutainbike. Can't wait for the trails to dry up.

Did my regular upper body and core rutine. I just got my own weights so that I can work out while whatching movies in the basement. Mike dragged in a huge TV from someone's garbage pile a few weeks back and it's working great! No more expensive gym memberships! I might get a copy of the strengthdurnace program to vary things up a little.
The roads were beautiful today and the sun was shining! We did a little ride west of town out airport road to the 22 then back, with some loopsi doos around to add a little. On the way back the bike path along the river was completely nuts. The most people I have ever seen down there. One woman was trying to learn how to ride a bike while her boyfriend on roller blades was trying to hold the bike for her. He looked like he had never been on skates either...not a very safe combo.
