From Radium to Golden. A really nice day where we could even peel off the arm and leg warmers in the afternoon. The road is quite rough in this section and my back was bothering me quite a bit, but hopefully physio can get it back on track. Road biking is really what is hurting it.

From Castle Junction to Radium on the first day of the Golden Triangle. There was a strong head wind through out the day but otherwise the weather held up very nicely. We even saw some sunshine in the afternoon. The climbs were really fun this year.

Commuting. Logging my ride home now as well....probably won't have time when I get home. Ride in this morning was good and steady. No wind and didn't really catch any red lights more than a couple down town.

Commuting. Left a little earlier this morning and had almost no traffic to deal with. Very steady ride (on my very heavy bike). On the way home I had a pretty strong headwind - great training.

We meant to head out of town to go scamble in Cannmore but the weather was pretty nasty out there today with snow so we stayed in town and ran up the trail by Edworthy park 7 times. With my pack on I wasn't quite able to run the full length of the trail each time, but when I stopped I switched over to a fast speed hike. Talk about HR raiser! Fun, fun.

Paddle down at the resevoir. Got into it pretty quickly for being the first time out of the season. It got pretty cold at the end though.

Ran home fron my physio appointment and added some distance by running around the island and up the hill to get home. Felt good despite a full week off running.
