Mountain Biking 1:30:00 [3] 17.0 km (5:18 / km) +600m 4:30 / km

Stoney Squaw with Mike, Mike D and Randy. A really fun ride with some good technical climbing and super fun downhilling. We stopped at a jump and sessioned it for a while. Mike D took some good photos.

Note

My dad set his personal best at Vätternrundan this year (the 300km road bike race we did with him last summer) and he also beat our time from last year by 1 minute...darn, now we have to go back again to take back the family's best time! What a super dad I have! He is 63 and rode in 9hrs 51minutes!

Weights/Strength 10:00 [3]

Physion glute exercise. I'm doing 15 reps of each and there are three different ones on each side. Holy do they work me. My right side is especially weak.

Commute. A nice ride today. Not too much wind.

Physion glute exercise. Man, those are really hard for me. My glutes are sooo weak. I think we are onto something here! Maybe if I strengthen all of this up I can get rid of my ITB problems!

Too and from work. I felt pretty slow this morning but had a great ride home. Riding my Trek 9800 is a treat! I have a cage to park in at work now so I actually dare to take a bit of a nicer bike.
