Hill repeats at the curling club. Did 8 repeats, plus warm-up and cool down. I was going to head to COP and do repeats there so that I could take the lift down, but I didn't feel like spending the money on the lift ticket.

Did my upper body routine for the first time in a long while. Suprisingly I felt pretty good. I'm hoping to get a paddle or two in next week. That should help maintain the back and shoulders a bit.

Rode the big Elbow Loop with Mike and Katherine. An awesome day and super fun ride. The climb was a great steady one and the downhill and trail on the loop back were way more fun than I remembered. I'm feeling more and more comfortable with some faster downhilling now. Katherine used to be a DH racer and she had lots of good tips to give as we were riding. She's like a bullet and just took off! Fun day!

Note

More gastron treatment and physio magic. I can tolerate bit more now, a 10 out of 10 in one spot but a couple of others are lagging behind.
