Hill repeats at the curling club. Did 8 repeats, plus warm-up and cool down. I was going to head to COP and do repeats there so that I could take the lift down, but I didn't feel like spending the money on the lift ticket.
Weights/Strength 45:00 [3]
Did my upper body routine for the first time in a long while. Suprisingly I felt pretty good. I'm hoping to get a paddle or two in next week. That should help maintain the back and shoulders a bit.
