Note

I have the clear ahead to try some running next week. Awesome!!! BIking still feels good so I'm hoping I haven't lost too much fitness. Will do some easy running with my sister in Sweden. Fun, fun. My goal for next year is to become a much faster runner! Might need some tips from Slice.

Good riding today. Almost no traffic in the morning and pretty light on the way home.

Awesome ride to and from work today. Added some hill repeats at the club on the way home. My foot didn't totally like that but I think I'm still good. Nice with a good workout and some sweat!
