Warm-up and 6 hill repeats at the curling club. Felt pretty good, but had way too much food in the belly! Nice to be out in shorts and t-shirt!

Road riding with Natasha. Did a big loop from Bears Paw. For some reason it seemed like we had a headwind the whole way. Beautiful our with 20C and sunshine. Great ride and great fun.

Note

A very positive session at the physio today where it was conformed that right glute is pretty happy and doing well in the training. The left is lagging behind but we figured out a couple of things that will engage it better so that I will benefit from the work. PT very optimistic that I can beat this thing forever! I'm scared to be too optimistic, but in last few runs my right side has been awesome and my left much better than usual! I am soooo committed to this now! It would be so amazing not to have to worry about the ITBs anymore.
