Road Biking 2:30:00 [3] 60.0 km (2:30 / km)

A great ride on the pathway and up Edworthy to Old Banff Coach Rd with and in and out on Airport Rd. Not quite my ususal self yet - have some issues putting down the power but I'm slowly getting there. First 40km under clear skies and the lst 20 in the rain which made for a cool ending. I'm completely exhausted now :)

Used the eliptical machine again. Not sure how accurate the numbers are compared to running for real, but it's something to comare with the next time.

Managed to do a few of my favorite poses to loosen up the hips and legs.

The actual running on the treadmill didn't work well (too early), but I found this other machince that almost keeps a running motion and it worked great. Kept it short to make sure I wasn't doing too much.

A short hike back out to our cars after a great weekend. Finished off with some sushi in Banff on the way back to the city.
