Hike up Ha Ling peak. Very nice morning with Bart, Courtney and Mike. A bit cool up high in the wind but some nice views and a fast hike down.

Mountain Biking 2:15:00 [3] 31.4 km (4:18 / km) +400m 4:03 / km

Ride on the Minniwanka trail with Mike. Wow, was it ever fun to be back trail riding again! I love this fast and twisty trail. A good place to get back into it. I notice that I have lost fitness on the climbs, but the spinning this winter should take care of that. Fun times!

Note

Drove all the way up to Burstall to see if there was enough snow on the ground for a tour on our skis, but all we found was a group of hikers and a very disappointed Mike. But we made it up witha super fun bike ride on Minnewanka :)

Douglas Fir trail again. This time I was 13min quicker than the last time. I went out harder off the start and tried to stay steady throughout. At the end I had to walk up the longer set of stairs, but otherwise I ran it all.

Spinning 1:45:00 [3]

Spin class. Had an awesome class and could use close to normal power. Only towards the end did I get a bit sore.

Main sets were:

1km time trials x 3 with about 12 minutes at E3 in between. We were supposed to hold E2 watts in between, but I missunderstood and held E3 instead. Oops.

Also did 2 sets of 7 min E3 watts.
