A super good class tonight again. The main sets consisted of E3 riding at various slopes while we had three sets of MAP interval work in between each main set.

Missed my lunch run today, but hopefully I will catch the next one. Spinning tonight felt really good. Held all zones exactly where I should and I'm getting comfortable in E3 and I get into E4 a bit easier now too.

Tonight's E2 run was not the best. I was feeling really stiff and was bonking a bit. Just didn't manage to get the speed up to much and was probably running more in E1 than in E2. Weird how you can change within the same day. At lunch I felt great.
