The warm up for this set didn't work out for me. Needed some more high intensity before doing the first MAP set. My legs never flushed out the acid from yesterday and I cut the workout short by 2 of the repeats.

A run along the pathways east out of downtown. Really nice day out with sun and warm temps -1C when I started. Feels like spring today!
15 min easy warmup, running school drills and 90 minutes at 11.2km/hr.

Technique drills back to back with the run. 20 x 30 seconds on and off.

Could feel this ride in the legs, but got through it well.

An easy E2 spin to flesh the legs out. Felt really good and it was nice to work out the legs for a few minutes.

Week 1-8 on the training plan are done and I'm loving it. So far it feels totally doable with enough variety to keep it interesting even through the indoor stuff.
