Had a really good run this morning despite the freezing ice pellets and snow that was falling. Felt good throughout and not a single hint of any pain anywhere - nice! The hill climb up by the curling club felt a little tough on the way back, but by then I was almost home and was super excited about not having to run anymore.

Strength routine. It's nice to start feeling the upper arms and shoulders getting stronger. I notice that it's especially helpful on the bike and while paddling. Less pain.

A fun class followed by a social gathering after the spin. My new watts felt hard tonight. Only managed to hold lower zone of MAP and the few moments we spent higher than that felt brutal.

Usual routinte. It was hard to get out of bed this morning. Too dark and snowy out for spring.

Run: 10 min easy, 15 min at 10.5km/hr, 15 min at 12.2km/hr, 5 min at 9.5 km/hr. Plus running school drills.

This morning's run was not as good as I had hoped. More snow fell overnight and it slowed the pace down, plus it was a wet and slippery kind of snow. My goal had been to start riding outside this upcoming weekend, but I might have to push that out by one more week.

I accidentally turned off my GPS when I meant to turn it on, so I don't know the distance of this run. 5 min easy and 40 min at 11.2km/hr. The dusting of snow made it a bit tricky to see the icy spots, but no major issues.

A spin with my new watts. E2 and E3 feels pretty much the same while E4 and MAP feel noticeably different.
