First Run in a while. Felt very tired in the legs from the time trial on Thursday. Nice to be back at it though.

Lots of good work tonight. 3 and 20 min TT followed by a bunch of E3 which I could barely hold at that point.

The time trial went surprisingly well. I was only 4 watts off of my PB and that is in the beginning of the training season after having taken a bunch of time off.I wonder if this might be the season to try to reach my goal of 4w/kg in a TT.

First spin class with ETS this year and what a great workout. I had expected a time trial but that is happening next week. Instead we had a ripping good class.

Warmup Drills in various zones
Main Set:
2 x } 10 x 30 sec MAP, 30 Sec E2
5 min E2 cadence drills
5 x 1 min MAP, 2 min E4, 3 min E3, 5 min E2 with cadence drills
Cool down drills

I wish we had done our time trial as I held really good watts all night.

A short intro back into the kayak ergo. Nothing structured. Just steady.

A quick steady spin to loosen the legs for a good stretch. Today was really a running day but with a time trial tomorrow night I wanted to rest up the legs.

Yoga 10:00 [3]

Not as long as I wanted the session to be. Ran out of time before we had to run some errands.
