First spin class with ETS this year and what a great workout. I had expected a time trial but that is happening next week. Instead we had a ripping good class.

Main Set:
2 x } 10 x 30 sec MAP, 30 Sec E2
5 min E2 cadence drills
5 x 1 min MAP, 2 min E4, 3 min E3, 5 min E2 with cadence drills
Cool down drills
I wish we had done our time trial as I held really good watts all night.
