Run 20 min. On roads in neighborhood. HR consistently at 160 even though I was barely running

Kept is at low E2 with spin ups to mid and high E2 when the group was doing E3. HR consistently high at 150-160 (it's usually much lower).

To the Cascade Amphitheatre. Felt much more tired today so the hike up was a bit slower than I had planned. That being said, we still caught up to people and passed them so it’s all relative. My HR is still high and I can’t push. We ran down and used gravity to our advantage. Fell asleep in the car on the way home.
