When I arrived at work this morning I noticed that I had forgotten my shirt at home so I had to wear a bike jersey in the office :). At least it was relatively clean. The ride home was super fast as I had a tail wind. I added an extra loop just to get a little more riding done before the evening chores.

Awesome physio today. My back felt better walking out of there. Now I will have to be very diligent about my exercises.

Running (Trail) 1:45:00 [3]

Met up with Becca at Nose Hill after work for a trail run. My back didn't exactly love it but it was doable. I can tell that I haven't run much lately. It felt hard and I was huffing and puffing. Becca dropped me on all the climbs. She is so steady and runs up everything like the energy bunny. I also took it easy on the downhills just to be gentle on the back. It was fun to do a brick workout like this. Rode the bike for an hour right before the run and just switched shoes before jumping onto the trails.

To and from work. Rode fairly hard and steadily on the way home and continued past our home and up to Nose Hill.
