Dirtbag Thursday meetup. Tonight was hill interval training:
11 x } 2 min uphill, 1 min easy downhill.
We started at the CNC and ended up all the way at White Man's Pass. We ran back via Grassi Lakes at an easy pace.

This may have been a bit ambitious to take on after the interval training, but it was a super fun night ride on the highline and back via the lowline. My legs were fried and I didn't have much on the climbs.
