Cross Country Skiing (Skate) 1:35:00 [3] 16.0 km (5:56 / km)

Skate ski up Morraine Lake Road and back. After spending some time in the garage in the moring with one of my least facvorite tasks, waxing classic skis, we eneded up on our skate skis in the end anyway because of warm temps. I managed to find a steady (relatively slow) rythm that I could hold all the way up without stopping. CO was just ahead of me and would pull ahead then stop often enough so that our gap remained the same for the whole way.

While driving along highway 1, I spotted three wolfs running out of the woods and down to the river. At first I thought they were dogs but then I realized that the spot they were in is not accessible by people or dogs. I also noticed how very tall they were; and sleek and beautiful. Two black ones and one grey. They were running around playing.

Dirtbag running night. The main set of the evening was a pyramid workout
1-2-3-4-3-2-1 minute intervals with 1 minute rest in between, for the 4 minute interval we rested for 2 minutes.
