Running (Trail) 1:05:00 [3] 9.0 km (7:13 / km) +260m 6:19 / km

CNC with the girls. Saw mama and baby grizzly. That made us turn around pretty quickly.

Running 55:00 [3] 8.0 km (6:53 / km) +200m 6:07 / km

CTC run on the Trans Canada Trail. Took it easy on the way out and increased my effort on the way back. Good crowd as always. My hip pain was less noticeable which is a good sign.

CTC run on the High Rockies trail followed by dinner at Engadine Lodge. My legs were heavy and I felt pretty awful on this run. It felt like very hard work. My hip bugged me for the last 30 minutes too. I hope it's just a one off from having been away from running for a few weeks. It was still super fun to see everyone and have such a fun social event after the run.

A little CNC ride to get used to the mountain bike again. It's so beautiful here with full on summer weather.
