Holy crap, can I ever tell I never worked on any upper body since my surgeries. I'm so weak! No abs whatsoever and my arms die very quickly. My baseline is way off my targets, but now I have a plan and a goal to aim for. This program will be really good for me. It wasn't even that boring to do with music blaring.

Mountain Biking 1:30:00 [3]

Another fun Rebound group ride. We had 14 people come out. It was a beautiful evening with clear skies, snowy peaks and a bright boon rise. On our way back we saw 8 elk cross the bow river. There was a lot of stopping and regrouping on this ride as we didn't split the group in different abilities.

Regular CTC run: Quarry Lake - Power Line - Grassi Lakes - High Line. It felt good to push it a little on this run.

shoes: Speed Cross (black)

Mount Fairview with CO, Violet, the BVGT girls and Annie. We hiked up and jogged down. The top section after saddle pass was very windy. Stopped and waited for the group a bunch of times but held a consistent pace while moving.
