Montane and Johnny's Trail with CO and Myka. I still feel like I'm fighting a cold and I'm low on energy, but it was so nice to be out after the rain storms we had over night and this morning.

Still low on energy, but felt like I need to keep this strength stuff up until it feels like routine, or I will never become stronger.

I didn't feel very well for this run. The cold that my body is fighting off is leaving me with very little umph. I skipped the actual intervals and only did the run to and from our hill which felt like tough enough work.

First spin class of the 2016-17 season.

•A long E2 warm up including 5 x 10 second leg openers
•E2 while changing gears to spin at various cadences
•3 X 12 min E3 with the coach dictating gear to get different cadence, often spinning fast.
•Finished with 5 min of E3 with 4 x 30 second spin-ups in same gear
