Sprint course at Prince of Wales Park. Very good course, good route choices and mix of terrain. Managed to run it all, and take some short cuts across quite steep ground without worrying about my knee too much. Happy with my routes. Missed one control after coming back into the park, just drifted off line but realised and corrected pretty quickly.

Gym 1:50:00 [2]
weight:57kg (injured)

Strength and conditioning session, back with Ilona this week. Getting better - managed more of the session, including some lunges. Didn't do the hopping/jumping though - did step ups and single knee squats instead. Need to work more on my knee stability - squats on a wobbly surface and squats dropping my foot off a step are needed.
