MUAC session in Princes Park.

I ran two of the mile reps then aborted. Mentally and physically not there tonight after a long and tiring day.

This morning I was waiting in a queue of traffic when the car in front reversed back into me, crumpling the front right wheel arch and taking the car off the road for the foreseeable future. This was quite stressful since the car was very kindly lent to us by the President of OV and he is quite fond of it. It only needs another 4000km to hit 400,000km which is something of a project.

I felt more sorry for the guy who hit me though as he was on his way to his Dad's funeral and was obviously having a very bad day. He said it was his Dad's wish that everyone at his funeral be given a pot of his homemade honey. The back of his car was full of it and so he couldn't see very well when reversing.

I did eventually make it to the beach for a swim which was very nice at 34 degrees today. I think it's best to avoid these sorts of things before intervals in future though.
