Went to Walka waterworks to do some self training, did some warm up with the ladders, then we all recieved our maps, and we got to choose how we did our courses. If you do map memory, do a line course, or how many you do. I decided to do them all and I came back with 50 seconds until we leave to travel back to tocal. But at the end I found out we still had to do cool down with the ladders and do some streatching.
After lunch, we travelled down to sydney for the night champs. It was a really tiring drive down, but in the end we made it down to sydney. I had to do the orange course, which was 5.1Km, it was as tiring as I thought I would be, but I was still really tired.
