Orienteering 35:00 [3] 5.6 km (6:15 / km)

did a club event somewhere(cant remember where) did the short orange course cause the long orange was 9.6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! before the course, i didnt feel like running cause it was way too cold and wet but eventually did run. didnt go as hard as i could, but i did run up the steepest hill at the end.

did saturday sport at willoughby, felt pretty tired after the game, but could have gone on the court for longer. in the end we lost 28-24or26

did a warm up as ussual in the gym :)

did a normal set in the pool, felt sore afterwards but not too tired.

went to summer series, have no idea on how i went right now, but felt good.

Went to sydney olympic park for some easy training after nationals, felt pretty good afterwards, but felt sore the next day :(><

sand dune training hills 2:00:00 [5]

Went to sand dunes near a beach, ran up and down hills for most of the time, ran across the dunes for the rest.

Went to the beach afterwards, relaxed and cooled down after long run.

Went to a training session with my coach. was pretty easy as we went over the program thing to do at home.

Did a quick pool session afterwards, was hard at first, then we did easier stuff.

In the B's for school, played some really good team, in the end we got smashed 50-14.

Wen to my first summer series today, forgot tobring a watch so i finished too early could have gotten a couple more controls as i only got 380 overall. :)><
