Swains Lane loops. Did 8 loops just steady round the whole lot, not particularly doing reps on the hill. Nice to be back out on the focus with bb working :)

Don't think the max HR is correct. Mostly was hitting 178 max on the hill.

Out and about with Dave and Miles. Miles had a route for us to do which was new to me so enjoyed seeing some new roads and countryside. Feeling pretty ropey after this week of insomnia but happy to be out and getting some country air on the bike.

Same again. Not able to function when woke up for work after only 4 hours sleep. So staying home and was able to get another 4. I think I feel better, not sure yet.
