Orienteering (Bottomlands Long-O) 2:20:00 [4] 15.95 km (8:47 / km)
15.9 k park-o. A good mix of long and short legs. Not too technical. Actual distance was reported to be approx 20 km.

Friday Jan 31

Hiking/Scrambling (Heart Mountain Scramble) 3:30:00 [3] 10.5 km (20:00 / km) +930m 13:52 / km
Steep scramble to Heart Mountain (1:14:10)followed by an undulating ridge line with snow, verglass and loose rock. Descent very sketchy with lots of talus, verglass and powder on steep slopes. Nice once below treeline.

Thursday Jan 30

Running (Road) 39:26 [4] 8.35 km (4:43 / km)
Same loop as Jan. 29 but in reverse. Confed loop to 16th Ave (Split 25:49 - 5.6 km); 16th Ave-Kensington loop (Split 13:37 - 2.75 km). Gradual uphill on 10th and fast downhill on 19th made a difference.

Wednesday Jan 29

5th Ave to Kensington via 14th St. to 19th St. Up the big GD hill to 16th Ave (Split 16:09 - 2.75 km) to 24th Ave to Confed Park to 10th St to 5th Ave. (Split 26:34 - 5.6 km)

Running (Road) 28:18 [3] 5.6 km (5:03 / km)
Ran with Oreo. Confed Park loop.

Sunday Jan 26

Cross-Country Skiing (Elk Pass) 2:33:55 [3] 10 km (15:24 / km)
Raining and higher up wet snow. Slow tracks.
