Swimming (Home) 45:00 
I went for a swim in my pool and did a few laps then i played Marco polo with my neighbour. Not really training , but I was doing something and i think i'll go for a run tonight. I'm going to start swimming , running and riding regularly so i can keep up my fitness in the holidays for triathlon and orienteering.
Running long 53:00 
Went for a long run around town today. Kind of a cross between intervals and a long runStarted running as fast as i could for 15 mins to see how far i could get. Then i walk for 5 . Then i ran hard for another 15 , then walked for 5 . Then i ran home, which took 22 mins. By the end i was completely stuffed but i think i ran pretty hard. It's good for next year when the course distance increases.
