Terrain and single track, out towards lochans then up the ridge to TP, back down Rogers Path. Working hard up the hills, feeling fairly good - for me!

Very steady lap of Loch Morlich with 'Mellow Velo' - really just to make us feel slightly less guilty before a burger at The Lodge. Still feeling pretty tired.

Orienteering 34:24 [5] 5.25 km (6:33 / km) +100m 5:59 / km

NNC Round 6, Spey Valley Golf Course. Spiked all 30 controls, having mapped the area might have helped. 1st Johannes 31.19. Running Ok for the first couple of km but then started to tire.

Up to the boulder and back through the ice and slush. The legs didn't want to know about this - toiling.

Probably the last skiing until the next snow arrives, +3 degrees today. Mixed conditions, really nice in the forest but badly blown and drifting in the open areas. Time to get the running and cycling legs back.

Kingussie loop stopping off at PO. Legs felt surprisingly good considering.
