Struggled all the way today, legs very tired after last two days riding so couldn't lift my knees at all. IBS sore last night didn't get much sleep - back home to bed.

Nethy/Loch Garten loop with Jen, nice and steady. Grand cafe stop at the 1896 in Boat.

Stunning day deserved a descent ride; out past Ruthven, Phones, crossed A9 at Etteridge then path from Crubenbeg to Glen Truim (trashed with forestry work), road through Laggan then hill track from Cluny Castle to Dalnashallag Bothy, down Glen Banchor to Newtonmore, home along cycle path to Kingussie. Hill track was a bit icy in parts but mostly rideable, unfortunately the marshes in Glen Banchor weren't quite frozen enough so a couple of km of Hike a Bike with wet feet.

There's a first time for everything, today it was the Gym! Warm up & down on the cross trainer then 3x6x20kg on all machines - we'll see what tomorrow feels like.
