NNCup Loch Vaa, long course, 4th place, quite a few little wobbles along the way, not helped by not being able to see the map these days - thought I should get my annual O event in early this year! - or maybe not?

Out nice and early, up to Aviemore with Amy then Speyside Way to Boat and onto Nethy. Back through Abernethy, Ryvoan, Loch Morlich and Lochan Eilein. Met a couple of guys from Grantown so a bit of chat helped on the road home.
