MNOC race at Lake Maria. With time subtracted for drawing course (1:30) -> 6:52 /km so pretty good. Ran really well (and hard) for the first half, a few bobbles and slower speed on the second half. Nice course, a lot of nice orienteering.

Seton Park North (Manitoba). Hanging flags for AM session. Saw a beaver, 6 dear, 5 turkeys, porcupine. Very nice morning (especially in comparison to the day before!).
