| NAOC sprint. Decent run, except for one control. Was reading ahead, then lost contact and hit the women's control (following Pavlina) before cutting back to get our control. 16:27 for 14th place (would likely have been top-8 without the mistake). Fun course. |

| C Meet at Grasslands. Decent run, but wasn't feeling particularly sharp physically. Lost about 1.5 minutes on route choice on #5 (long leg) and another 2.5 minutes to Thomas elsewhere. Nice orienteering though and very enjoyable. |
