North Americans - Sprint. 20th overall, 13th North American. Decent race, but had a hard time cranking up the speed. Early morning start was a challenge - 8:00 Eastern is 5:00 Pacific. Didn't feel "awake" until about half-way around the course. Didn't warm up as effectively as I should have. Otherwise, a fun race and definitely a good course.

North Americans - Long. 5th overall, 3rd North American. Excellent race. Technically nearly perfect. Ran quite solid early on. Some hesitations and lower speed toward the end, but being very careful to avoid a big miss at the end. Good focus throughout. Gels at 30 min and 60 min - definitely seemed to help keep the energy/focus high. Very happy with the run. Got lucky on the seconds as there were 3 runners within 16 s behind.

North Americans - Middle distance. Rough start (lost 1:45 on control #1) but fine thereafter. Ended up 10th overall, 6th North American. Another case of ... "if only ...". Nice course and terrain. Definitely challenging - good middle distance.
