Bike trainer. Mostly easy spinning, with a bit harder work toward the end. a little more comfortable with the front tire raised a little higher.

hike 30:00 [3] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)

Marshalling during Salty Dog. To top of Malibu and back, twice.

Borrowed a bike trainer from Keith so I can use my road bike. Not bad, but the seat is a bit hard. Decent work-out. Distance is total "guess" as the cycle computer is on the front wheel!

Stationary bike. Notched back the resistance (-1.5 rev) so I could spin a little easier. HOT in the workshop. Watched the Bruins/Leafs.

To/from work, plus over to SAS/Bastion schools.

To/from work (25 min, 3 km)
Then, a walk around Little Mtn with Duncan (45 min, 5 km)
