Reino Run. 4th place. Decent run. Kept things pretty controlled, mostly between 160 to 165 bpm when pushing the uphills and flats (ahr = 158). Felt really nice to push myself in a running race - feels like a long time.

Mantracker at Skimikin. Setting out flagging tape before; chasing kids during the event. Lots of really easy cycling, with bursts to chase after kids.

Roller skiing at Malakwa. Half skate, half classic. Included 4x5 min Z3 intervals (2 skate, 2 dp). Got some decent technique work too.
