Stress test at OK Heart as part of a UBC study of heart health in master's athletes. (No obvious concerns.) Made it through 6 stages. First 4 were easy, 5th moderate and 6th quite hard. Probably could have gone a bit longer, but the 6th stage (5.5 mph at 20% grade) was pretty tough. Max hr 173 near the end.

Classic roller ski from Armstrong to Hullcar. Quite nice skiing. Nice to have lots of the kids on classic skis for a good ski.
