roller ski 35:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:00 / km)

Skate roller ski at Houseman road. Evacuation of Fawn Creek Rd and surroundings due to forest fire, so back to Houseman. Technique work + sprints. Nice skiing.

roller ski 30:00 [3] 5.5 km (5:27 / km)

Classic roller skiing at TS camp in 100 Mile. Lots of coaching, drills and technique, so not that much actual skiing.

run 1:30:00 [3] 13.0 km (6:55 / km)
shoes: speedcross16

Lunch-time run with Matt, Rich, Cory. Exploring some of the terrain around 108 ranch, got a bit lost so ended up about 1/2 hour longer than planned.

run 30:00 [3] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: speedcross16

Afternoon hill-bounding session. Warm-up, some technique work and a bit of bounding.

Tuesday Aug 29, 2017 #

bike 4:00:00 [3] 34.0 km (7:04 / km)
shoes: shimano16

Bike out from Spruce Lake to Tyaughton Lake. Over Windy and Lick passes (1280 m climb total). Nice riding. Made a bit of a route choice error at the end and added a few km (and 200 m climb) to the ride. Hand was mostly fine, but a bit uncomfortable on the rougher downhills. Had a small tip-over on the way down from Lick pass (on an uphill actually) grabbing a log to catch myself and it seemed a little worse after that as well.
