classic ski 1:45:00 [3] 16.0 km (6:34 / km)

Classic ski with the Flamingos. Forgot my gps, so time/distance is a bit of a guess. Some dp work, then up Aberdeen, some sprints up top, then back via Black Prince. Somewhat tough waxing. VR55 was working, but some challenges with clumping/icing.

skate ski 2:35:00 [3] 35.0 km (4:26 / km)

Really nice ski at Sovereign Lake. Some with Rachel, David, David. Then, most of the rest on my own. Up to the summit, race trails, Woodland Bell, then the Zumas to finish. Pretty fast conditions and great snow.

classic ski 1:30:00 [3] 12.7 km (7:05 / km)

Skiing at LH. Not yet groomed but lots of snow. Pretty warm and wet, used waxless skis which worked well. Mix of following tire tracks and breaking trail. With Rachel, David, David.

classic ski 1:45:00 [3] 10.0 km (10:30 / km)

Classic ski on the trails at S Canoe. Climb, Cross-cut, Triangle, Bear Den, Flipside, down KC and Flyin Nun. Don't really recommend skiing down KC (at least with light-weight gear), but it was a fun adventure anyway. Great to get out and fun to have more fresh snow ... in November!

run 1:25:00 [3] 10.7 km (7:57 / km)
shoes: speedcross16 (blue)

Ski practice 4x8 min z3 ski-striding up road at S Canoe. Good steady work-out. Good to build endurance, both physically but just as important mentally. Fair bit of snow in the woods, but road is plowed so good footing for ski striding.
