Ski striding with the Flamingos. Tried to do a max hr test, with mediocre results. Did 2x6 min z3 as a warm-up, then 3x3 minutes. Last two built from z3 to z4 to max in attempt to hit max hr. I didn't quite get there (hit 169), maybe was too late in the work-out with some fatigue setting in.
