Sage O race at Valleview. Fun course with a reasonable amount of ups and downs and some decent route choice and direction change. Felt pretty decent, ran pretty controlled.

Mtn bike with Abbi after the orienteering. Nice riding, got a bit trapped by the private property but now we know the route (out-and-back). Didn't do much of the Bike Ranch stuff.

Afternoon run with Rob. Rainy in the morning, so a good day for a run. LH banquet afterward. The kids made an absolute classic video to celebrate Rob's "retirement". A suitable roast to a fine coach.
