Riding the 5620 at RMR with Trond. Three loops. Uphills (7 km, 500 m climb) were 55, 65 and 48 minutes. Downhills (14 km, 1700 m descent) were 41, 46, 45 minutes (with stops). First two loops with Trond, last one on my own (hence the faster up time). Enjoyed the downhills, but they are very long. Arms and shoulders were aching by the bottom of each run, even with frequent stops to shake things out. Trail was good, but the braking bumps were a bit punishing on the bottom half. Uphill was a nice climb and the views from the top pretty spectacular.
