Tuesday Nov 5 #

run 1:20:00 [3] 10.5 km (7:37 / km)
shoes: speedcross19 (blue/red)

Ski striding at S Canoe. 3x10 min Z3. Nice, solid workout. HR was pretty low for the effort level (140'ish), but that's ok.

Monday Nov 4 #

bike 1:30:00 [3] 14.0 km (6:26 / km)
shoes: trance20

After-work ride. Despite my best intentions, didn't get riding until 4:30 and it was dark shortly thereafter. My handle-bar light didn't work (loose connection in the battery pack), so it was just the helmet-light. Glad it stayed on for the duration. Nice riding, though I was feeling a little sloppy on the flats. Spinning out on roots and otherwise having challenges here and there that I wouldn't usually have with clips. The learning process continues.
