Strong warm up (1h12min) 12 km tempo run trying to keep 3:30/km pace; long cool down. Quite good feeling, didn't need to suffer too much, howerver last 5-6K of tempo run in such trainings are always tough. Unfortunately had a lot of pain in left calf in last K...:(
