Easy paddle from Crab across Burnside. Water was literally flat as glass.

360 rod portage back to Burnside.

Easy paddle from Cummings to Crab. Beautiful campsite with commanding lake view to the south.

Paddle west to end of Cummings, then return to camp.

Hike 480 rod portage, just to see the lake on the other end and turn around. It would have been tough carrying the canoe as several trees were laying across the trail.
