Ran from Gooseberry wayside rest up the river, staying on south bank, to the second storm shelter. Returned following the SHT across to the north bank. Then ran down to the river's mouth.
Hamstring and glutes felt reasonably good. Probably more my attitude, running on dirt. Probably should do it more.
