Training Log Archive: guerfondler

Met Craig beneath the Cedar Avenue bridge. We ran west between Black Dog log and the river, then curved to the south along 35W, before turning around at Cliff Fen Park. We checked out the dirt trail going east from the park... maybe something to explore after the snow melts.

Temp was hovering around zero. The 10 MPH wind blew up my short jacket and shirt, making my belly the only part of me that was cold. Menards's cheap mittens were actually too warm.

Down Ohio and past the airport. Wind blowing fresh snow in our faces. Glad to get it done before the temperature drops.

Ran up the river, only to wonder if my work call was scheduled for 9:00 or 10:00. So I kept the run short.

Bike path was clear of ice. Neighborhood sidewalks, not so much.
