Orienteering race 46:06 [5] 6.9 km (6:41 / km) +250m 5:39 / km

NOL Middle.
Minced #2 just stopping one rock too early. Misinterpreted the green so lost aboht 1min or so.
Kept it cleanish from there. A few wobbles but the main feeling was not enough hill strength. No biggie, don't expect that from Princes park.

Sprint qual.
Not bad. Made a mistake going one watercourse too far.
Did enough to qualify though.

Orienteering race 13:40 [5] 3.14 km (4:21 / km)

Sprint final.
Was a little rushed through the first few controls and was taking bad routes & losing time.
Got more under control at the end. Was crossing paths with Craney and could feel him catching me. Felt like I had plenty of speed left in me at the end.
