Super nice running down the creek in the light rain.
Didnt have the shoes for a slippery one though.
Shoulder is getting better slowly.

Had a bit of a stack and shouldered a tree pretty hard. Quite painful now but will test it out catching some waves.

Little loop through Sheok Picnic Area and down to the coast.
Had a 10min standoff with a tiger snake who didn't wanna get off the track.
Ended up having to zoom past him 30cm away with my legs up. Cheeky bugger
