well I think a week of rest has done my hamstring good, but it wasnt really the tapper in my training I was going for. hope to be back to proper training again after the marathon.

tapering down to the marathon this sunday and have a slight pain still in my right hamstring

Mountain biking 3:00:00 [3] 17.0 mi (10:35 / mi)

very hilly mountain biking around calver and basslow area in the peak district with some very rock decents and some very steep ascents. had to keeep stopping to read the map and to wait for steve and chris to catch up on the hills although chris was riding his down hiller and wooped us both on the decents.
