4. Road&Trail Running warm up/down 30:00 [2] 4.5 km (6:40 / km) +100m 6:00 / km

To start of TT. Walked steeper parts up

2. Trail&Off-Trail Running tempo 17:18 [4] ** 1.88 km (9:12 / km) +75m 7:40 / km

Another run on Srebre TT. Quite a good one actually. I slowly get the track in my fingers. The weather and consequently also the forest were great.
So I made it to goal 1 and 2 at once!

2. Trail&Off-Trail Running 17:46 [2] ** 1.0 km (17:46 / km) +50m 14:13 / km

Wanted to check a few other route possibilities on quite low pace. From 4 to 5 not so much choice but wanted to see how fast I could run on the tracks that were covered in deep snow last time. Well ... very fast, would have been the best split on this one for sure, if I wouldn't have twisted my ankle in the river. End of exercise.
Right now it looks very doubtful if I will make to the race in Loce, but let's see how it feels tomorrow :-S

7. Walking/Hiking 1:15:00 [1] 5.5 km (13:38 / km) +100m 12:30 / km
(injured)

It was a long way home ...

5. Cycling 1:08:35 [2] 23.8 km (20.8 kph) +50m

Down and up to Trzin

7. Walking/Hiking warm up/down 12:00 [2] 0.6 km (20:00 / km) +160m 8:34 / km

Generally I don't count the way to the start but this one cannot be neglected! :-)

1a. Orienteering (races) race (Pekre) 1:50:55 [3] *** 6.0 km (18:29 / km) +470m 13:17 / km

SOL 2 in Maribor.
Very steep terrain (on the ski-slopes of Pohorje), if you ask me too steep for a proper O-race. Was from time to time quite scary.
Organisation also managed to miscalculate the distances, so the shortened classic distance became a real long distance race.
No splitbrowser, not even splits being published, so just the classical way of analysing a race:
KT1 : ok, but dangerous to punch
KT5 : I was too hastily ended up on the wrong hill
KT6 : maybe all the way up would have been better?
KT8 : I was sick of those steep hills so the plan was a bit to the north. This much was however a bit overdone. Lost my map on the way, 3 mins to find it back.
KT15 : also this detour was planned to avoid those creepy slopes.

lesson : little streams, huge valleys => consider way around, even with a lot of climb.

Note

btw. splits have been published a few weeks after the event
